Thanks . Was about to buy exactly that cam and give it a try, so it's nice to get a real world thumbs up from a user

My only word of caution is they aren't as waterproof as advertised and the lens protectors (pretty necessary) do give some stitching issues. But for everyday "short videos" they are a very good camera, spend a bit of time learning the software and you can get some pretty cool effects, those videos only took around 3-5 mins of editing each.

The weather today was so wonderful that even Toulon looked great
Actually I am growing quite fond of Toulon...it’s not at first glance the most attractive of places...but under the skin it’s quite enjoyable

Yeah the kids are still getting to grips with the fact their dad isnt immortal. I will probably take them to my home in Bali when I can no longer boat. But until then there is still a pirate patrolling the Welsh Med. Arrrrr
