How long do you think before I get the licences back?

I know it says 10 working days but just wondered what other people's experiences are.

Mine took around a month, but to be fair Christmas and New Year were in the way

Good chance you will get it within the 10 working days. I had a direct debit problem (technical issue due to changing boat) but they still sorted it without undue delay. Would be interested to know if you have any problems.

If you have not heard anything by day 8 or 9 I would chance a phone call. If they run into problems they tend to just hang on to them and do nothing.......
In my experience, similar to B1, it was sorted on the phone and with me in a few days from then. It should have automatically renewed, but due to new 'computerised' BSS not automatically linking to the licence, it had stalled and nothing was going to happen until I phoned. The licence for my tender never showed up at all last year...... but they didn't take payment either..... lost forever in the system. (Good job I didn't use it on the river.... LOL!!!)

FWIW I received my licence yesterday, 6 Working days after emailing direct debit renewal info.

I phoned, all done and dusted within three minutes, licence received a few days later.

Why would anyone want to post anything!?

I did mine by phone last week and licence arrived on Monday.

I did it by phone and was surprised at how easy and efficient the process was. If only they were as good at managing money as they are at taking it.

EA don't do the license its contracted out to a private company.

EA don't do the license its contracted out to a private company.

Handled by a central facilities unit of the Agency itself I think - not sub contracted to a commercial concern.
