Download help !!

I need computer help Please !!
I have been trying to download that 12v manual from the motoren.ath site and although I have actualy downloaded it now, I cannot open it and I get the message that Windows cannot open this file and that it needs to know what program created it etc.etc (Windows XP).
I obviously have tried to get down those routes they are talking about, but I get so lost in there that I need the GPS to get back home.
Could somebody very nice guide a pour old computer nerd to the right track.

You most likely require Acrobat Reader, you should be able to get a free download from their site or the Motoren site as well I think. Most of their manuals are in PDF file format.

It works best if you open its with acrobat reader. it's PDF. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded if you don't have it, just use google.
I had some trouble last week downloading from that site, e-mailed the manager and got a reply that they were working on it.
Apparently they have- downloading perfectly now.
BTW: do use your righthand moousebutton to download, click save as, and open from there, when saved.
