Pic enclosed… Rubbing strake maintenance… Sika? getting chaps made for better protection.

Depends on the materials
Ideally the correct adhesive for the materials from Polymarine or RIB Shop
An adhesive sealant such as Sikaflex 291i, or a similar polyurethane, such Stixall, might do it.
Someone will recommend CT1.

Meant to say "such as Puraflex40"

Stixall is similar to CT1
