clay compound used in drilling to make "oil drilling mud"
but rest assured the reveners are fully aware of what it is used for and if you order large quantities they will get you!!

Bentonite doesn't seem to remove the colour from my home-made wine......and I hate to think of the effect on my injectors.

The colour in your red wine is a very different kettle of fish, as the colour is due to entirely different chemicals.

Suspect that dumping the stuff in your tank is not the best way to approach the matter! /forums/images/icons/wink.gif You'd have to filter the fuel through the Bentonite to capture and remove the dye, so it shouldn't end up in your injectors
