deck socket for windmill

am in the middle of fitting a windmill to the boat but cannot find a deck socket capable of handling the 12 amp or so maximum rated output. any suggestions?
 
Unless you will want to regularly detach the wind gen, why use a plug/socket at all?. Far more reliable (and cheaper) to just use a gland etc. with a basic chocolate-block connector in the dry down below.

Quite agree. Mine has short wires coming out of the generator so the initial connections are made within the support pole using normal bullet terminal connectors. Cable then passes through a deck gland and makes another connection inside the hull, again using bullet terminal connectors. This means that I can easily remove the genny by disconnecting the terminals within the pole or if required I can disconnect inside the hull.
