Oh dear Scotty.. I guess its back to the shop..
BUT I made a saving (well ok, didn't spend as much). When I was about to part with my hard earned cash for a fein £140 plus the blade I saw a Bosch for £65 +£11 for the attachment that enables you to use the blades from a fein.. so bob's ya bla bla:)

You wouldn't 'Adam & Eva' it.... gutted... scratch my last post, the blöödy adapter is for the fein machine to accept bosch's blades.. and not the other way around, which I was told in the shop..! NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
So now I REALLY AM going to bite the bullet and buy the Fein tomorrow.. bugger bugger bugger..

BUT sorry to disappoint you ;) I'm looking at my early christmas pressie.... just hope it bleedin' works, that is, it works but hope it does the job:)

Even if you did buy the 110 volt version by mistake, it would work . . . but only for about a milli-second! :eek: :eek:
