Dave Snelson and seats

Some time ago Dave kindly put me on to Mailspeed Marine to get hold of a double swingback helm seat (supplied by Wise seats if the US). Unfortunately they can't supply it.

I saw some similar at LBS but they were about £600 compared to $299 in the States. I tried Wise seats in the US who were really helpful but they would charge another $300 for shipping and then there are potential problems with duty and Customs and Excise etc.

I can't seem to find any at a reasonable price, I even ordered one through the YBW.com website only to be told 2 weeks later that they don't stock them anymore.

Anybody got any ideas?

Have you tried Outhill, they make something similar.
