Can't see the transom, but I suspect the other boat is called "Touching Cloth"

Nobody on either boat seems concerned, so I guess this was taken with a long lens, and there is actually enough water between the boats for Cutting Edge to pass astern. (If not the next photo in the sequence should be interesting!)
