Have just been sorting out some old clothes and noticed yet again a curious phenomenon.

Why is it that old clothes systematically shrink when left in a wardrobe?

There's another interesting phenomenon - why do bank notes evaporate at wallet temperature?

and why do coathangers seem to breed profusely while the mortality rate for socks and handkerchiefs appears so high?

"Why is it that you always find things when you are not looking for them."

Because you forgot what it was you were looking for?

That too, but usually I can never find things when I look for them and they turn up when I'm looking for something else. Confusing myself now........

Yup, either that or lose interest in what I'm originally looking for because I've come across something that I was looking for another time.

Good point, but what were you looking for?? or was it me that was looking for something?? or have my clothes evaporated in my wallet?

<<wimmin boil at room temperature>>

... and then become frigid within a nanosecond.

Heard that the definition of 1 nonsecond is: the time it takes the tosser in the car behind you to hit the hooter after that traffic light turns green.
