I am planning on giving up my marina berth near Alicante and port hopping towards Italy next year.
I cannot find any thread on the cost of this type of insurance.
At present I have cover for Costa Blanca and the Baelerics.
I plan on single handing most of the time and anchoring overnight were possible.
My boat is a 29ft Contest worth 12000 euro and registered on the SSR.
Any advice welcome

Not sure who you are with, but first port of call would be contact your insurance cover, explain your plans and find the cost for the cover to be extended to Italy. I would be surprised if it cost much if anything more than your current cover

Yes I agree , we with Pants , it's a heck of a lot more then the £40 a year that Andrew paying but mine not a third party insurance , they will cover you for the Whole of the Med including Tunisia and Turkey , mine cover me for single handed sailing up to 250 miles of any land although I no longer sail solo .
