A minor point.
We found that not all pump out stations use universal connectors. If you are buying holding tank bits, it might be worth getting one of the rubber cone adaptors. That will usually overcome the problem.
I once had to wrap a tee shirt round the hose to achieve suction, not pleasant.

You're probably right, but it was clean on, I had been wearing it less than a week.
