crew list

anybody know where I can download an official looking crew list please?

i made mine with a simple Word table. columns were name, title (master/crew etc), nationality, place & date of birth, sex, passport number. i even used the ship's rubber stamp to make it look official.

the response to this document in most customs offices was 'very nice, now copy all that down onto our forms'

p.s. like the user name - is it because you talk a lot of balls? /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif (no offence intended!)

Exactly what we did, and yes, we also had to copy the whole everything onto 'official' forms ....... so all a waste of time really!! Gonad, I wouldn't bother!!!

Well not really, at lease you have all your crew info on one sheet really to copy across?

There's a crewlist page in the MCA logbook. Rubber stamp is good. I replied on other forum

True, but there is only ever two of us.... or sometimes just me on my own!!!! 'Spose it might be worth it if you've a big crew.
