Is coppercoat effective in the med, specifically from Corsica to Antalya?
I've had it on a previous boat in SW UK and was very happy with it.

That's precisely my experience. Not immune to tube worm shell but better than conventional a/f.
As ever, it is not supposed to be more effective but saves huge amounts of labour.
That's a whole conversation just there. Apparently yes, and a friend has his Ovni Coppercoated with no adverse affects (yet?).Is Coppercoat OK on aluminium?
AMC say it is OK because individual copper grains are surrounded by epoxy, rendering them electrically isolatedIs Coppercoat OK on aluminium?

I don't think that thread came to a conclusive answer. Is it galvanic loss of copper or fouling? But people have noticed possible galvanic reactions around anodes, and in my case a sintered bronze cooling plate, though it is the copper on GRP that is eroding - discussed in this thread:
Coppercoat - galvanic reaction around anodes?!
On my boat all the Coppercoat had gone down to the epoxy undercoat. I did not think fouling unless removing the barnacles and other fouling from the area also removed the Coppercoat but not the underlying epoxy coating. Is it galvanic loss of copper or fouling?
