would i need to change the prop or i might be able to "gear " the shaft by using different pullies on the belt driive between the D/S & shaft /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
on the boat and I assume it runs from an inverter when the shore power is not connected - I assume this is the case as there is a small socket with a switch and when this is on the fridge runs. I hve looked thro' all the OEM manuals but cannot find any reference to an inverter.
If this is correct could I run a kettle off the inverter? I assume I could run it at the same time, and don't in fact want to, just wondered if anyone has an idea whether a kettle would cause problems? Is there a particular type of kettle?
