If you wish to notify departures or arrivals (or abandoning crossing), send me a brief text message along this format:

Time,Boat name, event

Abbreviate where poss, so for Amaya departing Northney for St Vaast with 5 crew on board I'd send:

1815 amaya nney2stv 5ob

or on arrival

0830 amaya stv

Entirely voluntary, but will help to know who to look out for. Have a great crossing and see you all in St Vaast or Cherbourg.
