I've also used them, and very happy. IIRC they also do (or did) kits which you can assemble yourself if you're handy.

I took my grating off boat after purchase. What’s the point of it? Cockpit sole was filthy underneath it and it would slow the speed at which cockpit would drain as far as I could see.

If you wanted to race one design it was mandatory for Sigma 33s; it's changed to optional now, you can get rid and have some ballast fitted instead. They do provide very good wet grip though, which the OE textured GRP does not.
