Can anyone suggest a clip or fitting to hold a solar panel to wire standing rigging.
I have a 100w panel which I would like to mount on the standing rigging of my mizzen mast, not intended to be permanent, but for when at anchor or on a dock, and probably when motoring, which can be easily set up and taken down.
The panel has its own mounting clips which could be used with a suitable clip or clamp to the rigging, and which can be ideally flexible enough for direction purposes to face the panel towards the sun.
I have tried it out with line but not ideal, works well but needs a better means of securing.
I have a through bulkhead fitting which is connected to the panel controller so no problems connecting to charge.
Panel size is 1000 x 665 x 35
