clipper navtex help

I have not had this navtex switched on for over a year , the last time it was ,it worked fine , I thought I would see if it was working ok before I offered it for sale , but I cannot remember how to select the stations , everything seems to work ok , I can get all the different screens

but I cant find the owners manual that came with it to refer to
So I was hoping someone could put me on the right track
When on standby I get this screen

or this screen

and when trying to enter the stations I get this

im not getting all the info on the screen like i remember ,
or could it be a faulty antenna ,M.T.I.A

many thanks for that link , looks like it may be the internal battery is totally discharged ,
and unit needs to be connected to power for 40hrs ,
so hopefully my prob will be solved by tomorrow teatime ,,,,,,,,,
