What is the best way to clean the material inside the boat? all the seating / bedding is attached to ply so can't use washing machine.

Hire a carpet cleaning machine complete with upholstery cleaning attachment.
If this is not possible then you can get aerosol/Trigger gun upholstery/carpet cleaners at Supermarket(1001,Vanish) which do a pretty good job.

We found one of the spray on things great for the black spot mould, it,s "Bison Anti Mould", we import it from Holland for the Chandlery, €7 for 500ml. and it goes a long way.
