If any one is passing Salcombe they may want to have a look at Steve Fossitt's cat which is currently moored at the top end of The Bag - tis pretty impressive.

It was even more impressive as it passed me on its way in over the bar a couple of weeks ago; think it came from Plymouth and is now in Salcombe for 3 months until a decision is made about its future.

No, you'll be alright, you can anchor just upstream of Cheyenne and the Saltstone. Only problem then will be affording the water taxi fare into town.
