I have been advised to change from Cruiser 250 to Seajet Shogun 033 when I next anti-foul my sailing boat. She is kept on a swinging mooring on the Beaulieu. Sensible?

Seajet 033 came ahead of both Cruiser Uno (which became 250) and Micron Extra (now 350?) in the 2016 PBO test in Chichester and Hamble which may be why they are suggesting it. Of the two, Cruiser 250 is likely to give better results. It has a higher specific gravity (1.78 vs 1.62) so has more copper oxide in it. Who advised you to change, and did they explain why?
If you want to change, go for something like Micron 350, which has a specific gravity of 2.18 - indicating much more of the active ingredients.
Whatever you choose, it will only work satisfactorily if you apply enough paint.
That test persuaded me to use seajet 033 in 2017 for The Hamble. I wasn't impressed and used Micron Ultra 2 the following year, which was a bit better. For 2019 it got done with Jotun Seaforce and that's better still (but it's for professional use only).Seajet 033 came ahead of both Cruiser Uno (which became 250) and Micron Extra (now 350?) in the 2016 PBO test in Chichester and Hamble which may be why they are suggesting it.
