Can anybody identify what this is?

I have agreed on purchase of this boat but neither me or the seller know what she is. If anybody on here may have any ideas? She's only 14ft

Dijon 14? If so made by Norman I believe (or at least moulded).

I think helm shelter is more rounded on the corners of the Dejon

Yup, it is not a dejon. Hull and superstructure details are different in many respects.

It may be unbranded. Lots of companies sold fibreglass and lent you a mould, back in the day. Many diy-ers built boats in this way, me included. The method of installing the windows makes this boat look like one of those types. Perfectly ok.

Also it might be a production hull with a diy cabin top added later. (the pointed up nose looks like an OSM hull from Ireland but impossible to be sure from one tiny photo)

Yep, she is definitely a Dejon 14. I know the boat well as I owned one once.

She is a lively little craft but needs to be respected.

She will be a great little boat on inland waters. But beware,, on coastal waters be very careful and do not take her out in any adverse weather. The freeboard at the stern is very low and she can easily be pooped by a following wave.

My recommendation is that you do not have more than two medium sized people on board on a calm sea and possibly three people on board on inland waters.

Please take care with this boat and it will give you years of pleasure but please respect its limitations.

By the way, these boats were originally made by a company called SS Glass fibre, I believe were on the Essex coast. The moulds were sold to Normans when the company was dissolved.

There was a Dejon 18 also made but I am not sure which company made it.

Thankyou all, at least I know what it isn't any ideas what this sorta thing may weigh and if a 20hp johnson 2t would be well paired?

A 20 HP Outboard in good running order on that boat will get you airborne in that boat, let alone push you through the water.
