I have a fair few hours on a Warrior 161 and a few less on a C172. I also prefer the Warrior but that's probrbly because I did my training on a PA38Tomahawk.

Sorry to hear that nicho but understand fully. However boating is an incurable disease so I wouldn't mind betting you'll be back in one form or another even if its only an inflatable stored on top of that bloody caravan!

My old man gave up boats in his sixties because of a concern about what would happen if he fell in. Took up something much more dangerous: horses (my mother is a lifelong addict) and had twenty happy years... in and out of traction.

Mike you dont pronounce it "thick" its "tick", you should know that how many rallies have you done in Ireland, but you got the cash bit right,

To be honest Paul, my soft spot is also for the Manta 400. How could I forget the dreaded understeer in the wet!!

Hi Al,

Do the MSA still run the Stewards/Clerk of Course School "how to bring the competitors back in line" - the stares, the glares, the "tut tut's" - sounds like you've been there!

If calling at Rochester, I'll try not to make it an emergency, but it's Gloucester on Tuesday for the usual expensive bacon sandwich in the rented Warrior 3!!
