You can get 30mb dual fuel bottle mounted regulators tooThe 30 mbar is the pressure delivered by bulkhead regulators in caravans and motorhomes. Suitable for either propane or butane. Bottle regulators deliver 28 mbar for butane and 37 mbar for propane
Modern ideas are only intended to confuse people of my age!?You can get 30mb dual fuel bottle mounted regulators too
The old system was two different pressures for the two gases
Mine says 29mbar .
So the question is will that be suitable for both or will I need 37Mbar
Can't get butane where we are , well I can but it's €44 for a 907 a much bigger bottle of propane twitch the size of 907 €18 .If Vyv's interpretation of the label on your cooker is correct a 30 mb (dual fuel ) regulator is required ............. but you'll getaway with the 29mb one for now but change it at the end of its 10 year life
By careful planning of the installation you should be able to make it so that you can switch easily between butane and propane , only needing to change pigtail or cylinder adaptor.

When we lived and sailed in The Netherlands we were using butane but in winter it was often too cold for the bottles. We used to fill a thermos with hot water the night before to pour over the bottle.I Been refilling my bottles 907 for a while now with butane but as I said it's been getting hard to find the big bottles of Butane .
Next buy will be propane
Good thinking Vyv , Netherlands is where we are at the moment , bigger butane bottles to use so we can fill oir 907 are hard to come by at the moment which is why im looking at filling our 907 with propane .When we lived and sailed in The Netherlands we were using butane but in winter it was often too cold for the bottles. The trouble with 50/50 is it's just like a refinery distillation column - the propane will burn off and leave the butane as liquid that won't burn. This happened to us in Spain in winter on Autogas. Only answer was to vent off the butane and refill. Or heat the bottle.Good thinking Vyv , Netherlands is where we are at the moment , bigger butane bottles to use so we can fill oir 907 are hard to come by at the moment which is why im looking at filling our 907 with propane .
Do you see a problem with mixing say a 50/50 mix or am I pushing my luck?
