Are you staying on her tonight (the boat, you fool) or have you got her secure and able to get home?
Fortunately she's back safely at the marina on a temporary mooring.
SWMBO is scowling at me: all I can hope for now is to survive the night![]()
Glad the white knights arrived - wonderful thing this forum!
Sent you a PM
He's given up on you lot and posted for real help in the Mobo forum!![]()
Noooooooooo! Within minutes Tony had once again come up with the goods and Colin's phone number.

If its any consolation we have all been there and sometimes its a good kick up the bum to find out whats under those floorboards.
Can add a bit of confidence that if it happens again, even if you are are not able/inclined to fix it,you almost know whats going on.
At least next time you can announce authoritively to the wife that its the
"Thrimbleworthal" blocked again" and a cup of tea is needed while you take charge, commenting on the lonelyness of command and reluctantly switching on your mobile phone !
In my dreams!
Made it through the night....I could feel the frost on the other side of he bed: almost arctic when I woke
Shes now running... Gears disengaged -slightly higher revs... Will leave to warm up for 10 mins ( hopefully) before I touch anything.

Please Sir,
that may not fix it: If my theory is correct there could be enough fuel getting past the "blockage" to let it tick over even at higher revs.
Bung it in gear to increase the fuel flow. Don't need it to move large quantities of water, just a bit above tick over (might) prove the point.
