Brest, New \"Chateau\" Marina

There is a new marina inside the naval port at Brest called "Chateau" it opened in early 2009.

Has anyone been there or know a website with further information?

I understand that whereas Le Moulin Blanc is a fair hike into the city the Chateau is central and in walking distance.
