An easier year at the boat show than 2021…..

We’ve had the whole season without a rib on the back and to be honest with charters the boat is cleaner like that but we do need something.

In an ideal world I’d like a rigid tender from OC Tenders in New Zealand or AST in Germany but the AST option is over £20k and the OCT option is a long way away.

Our Ribeye 310 with Yamaha 8hp motor has done us proud but I wanted something new to match the new mothership.

Had a good look around, a ponder and a prod. Sharon fancied electric start and a power tilt so we’ve ended up with a Highfield / 20hp Honda set up with the neat little side mounted pod.

Not fortunes of money and if we do decide on something else it will sell easily enough.

As has been mentioned already, Thailand rather than India.

Yes we’ve got the double skin floor designed to keep your shopping dry. I’ve never had a tender with a steering wheel, electric start and power tilt before !
