Boat's winterization in Lofoten

Dear fellow sailors,
Has anyone of you had any experience with boats winterization in Lofoten area? I am about to buy a boat there (Svolvaer)and would like to keep here there until spring to sail down to Sweden. Is it safe to keep the boat moored over the winter in the marinas? Do you know any boat yards where I could winterize her on the hard? I appreciate any advice on how to deal with this challenge.

There is a shipyard just outside Svolvaer named Skarvik. I think they mainly serve the fishing fleet.
You can also try Selfa Arctic at Sandtorg. They have a travel lift and have experience with sailboats, but they are located 54 miles away towards Harstad.
I'm not local, but have been there.
