Boat trailer / transport, East to South Coast

I'm trying to help a potential buyer for one of two Anderson 22's, both on the East Coast in the Medway / Burnham sort of area.

This chap needs to get whichever boat is decided upon to Southampton within a week, and he can't afford any of the pro transport companies he's tried so far !

He has enquired about any taking a boat to the East Coast so as to get the return trip, but no luck.

If anyone has an empty trailer suitable ( braked, usually 4 wheel, boat weighs 2,500lbs+ ) ideally with them towing but may be able to organise a tow vehicle - or if anyone knows someone with a flatbed lorry with a hi-ab, please PM me.

This is not expected to be a freebie or anything like it, just cheaper than the commercial outfits.

I have a single axle braked trailer for my Jeanneau Sunway 21 (similar weight) that you are welcome to use. It's currently set up for my wing keel but will accommodate most types if sat on a sturdy piece of timber. It's currently at my boat yard in Wareham. PM me for further details.
