Boat sales paperwork

I am in the process of flogging my boat.
Should I be lucky enough to sell her privately rather than through the licensed bandits (brokers) then I will have to do a certain amount of paperwork I would imagine.
Can anyone assist with a list of things to do in order to record the transaction.

If Part 1 Registered, then there is paperwork on the MCA site for that, otherwise you would be advised to use the RYA standard form for sale of a second hand yacht...
