boat in danger

hi there im trying to get in contact with the owner of a boat called SEA YONDER she is a green ferro cement ketch with cream decks and white masts. On her stern SEA YONDER LONDON is written in gold letters when i was chatting to the owner he told me she was a south african design and he had only seen 1 other boat like her that was in the solent.I dont know the owners name or his address but his boat is in donaghadee harbour northern ireland at the moment and at risk of damaging herself if anyone knows the owner or the boat could they contact me or get the owner to contact me urgently.
