Looks like a Fairey Fisherman motorsailer.

Pretty sure it is a Fairey, but not a Fisherman which was longer and had a rounded stern. The stern was later cut off to about 24' LOA and the hull used in GRP for the Husky Motorsailer. Looks like it has a cold moulded hull rather than GRP, but otherwise the same as this one, but without the garden shed at the back!
