Of course! Faded and a bit tattered at the edges is a sign of a true old salt. Usually goes with baggywrinkle, ratlines in the rigging for the boat and a straggly beard for the skipper.

Join the Army sailing assosciation, only a tenner. Nice ensign too.
Very nice; trouble is, I took out a mortgage to buy a new RAYC ensign only last year

deleted as much as it lets me, 'cos the pic was the thing and it didn't load edited again to try once more, this ensign we now wear, covers all options, Red, White or blue.
