I think that looks really neat and if you cant board or get off that you really should be on a yatch. It has probebly been discussed before but why the stern anchor?

I've been out teaching all weekend - on a boat - so just seen this! Cheeky bugger, and after all the time and effort I spent sorting out your trailer, the long hours trying to fine you a boat and on top of that offering you some free boating!
Well, that's it. Give me the £5K /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Oh I have not told you, I'm off to S of France in a few weeks - something about training on a thing called an Absolute 47 - well something like that. 4 days in St Tropez I think the place is called /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif Want some pictures? /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I thought the Absolutes' had IPS. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
It shouldn't take you that long to learn how to drive it! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Maybe you should get a boat with em on, then you wouldn't have to have a certain lady forumite out for a day to show you how to get into your berth!! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Me thinks 1 hour is marginally less than 4 days, but then I might just be slightly quicker on the uptake than some others on 'ere! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yes ... and cables ... don't forget cables .... suspect it is un-finished .... or perhaps just hidden under the plastic cover.... in the old days they made them like this...

Blimey!!! There is a bit of a difference there!!
Maybe the Engine in the Westline wasn't plumbed up! MAybe Jez could confirm.
Only just seen this thread Al. Thanks. Wow, that is a gorgeous boat. Nicest Westline in the range imho. The side rails should stop 1/2 back though, and I still wish Westline would get rid of the tugboat U-section fendering. But that boat has beautiful lines, and the "walkaround" design is great for that size boat (great with kids/guests, etc)
