Unfortunately that was the flattest part of the trip......The rest I had to hold on with two hands and could not video!!! It was Lowestoft to Wells... 6 hours at the wheel..... ouch!!

Forgot to add... single handed too.
It was hard work... not a trip I would relish repeating, but had to relocate boat within a short timescale and wanted to test my personal endurance and ability in a big sea.
I think I passed!!
