I'm struggling to find a bimini cover to cover the upper helm on our boat, the 35mm dia. rails are approximately 4m apart either side. Does anyone know of somewhere who does such things 'Off the shelf' or am I looking at organ exchange prices such as Techsew?

You are right. All custom made and while Tecsew are the best, but if the frame already exists then it is a relatively simple job and I am sure you will be able to find cheaper locally. Where is the boat?

No frame, the boat is in Ramsgate.

You have Northrop sails in the port. Simon made the canvas for two hoods and a bimini for me. I don't think he does the steel but no doubt can recommend someone.
