Just had a strange enquiry through the website.

Is he something to do with the Peter Duck Owners Association? ... can't quite remember if that's the correct name of the club but his name rings a bell from the days when I had a Peter Duck.

Correct. There is a Bill Miller who owns a Peter Duck. If you go to the Peter Duck website you should be able to discover if it is the same chap!
