Best means of sub letting a marina berth

A friend has asked me how to sublet his pontoon berth at Dartmouth. The berth with water and electricity can take a boat up to 42' long. It is quite cheap as a dinghy is required to get the short distance to the pontoon. There is a secure dinghy park. He is keeping his boat in France for the next few years but would like to sub let it on a yearly basis. I notice that looking at boatsandoutboards.co.uk has a marina berth on the front page. Is this a good site for berths.

If he has a 42 foot pontoon in Dartmouth, which sounds like one of the Dart Harbour jobs... then I suggest you just put a post here and in the MOBO forum.... and it will go pronto....

There is a big waiting list for these... and i have already seen two posts from forumites this year looking for temporary berths in the area....
