We have spent the weekend at Upton upon Severn water festival and the live music and entertain was good. But the Firework, Lights and Laser display was out of this world. All done to music with a mist of water used for the laser. My brother in law said it was the Mother of all Displays (and he's seen some displays).

Just popped home and going back over tonight - spent 4 nights on board so far - think we'll run up river to Worcester tomorrow before we pull her out in the evening. So hot today a dingy based water fight broke out - great fun to watch !!!

Great company and a fantastic atmoshpere !!!

Actually I get really 'land' sickness after being on the boat - this computer is swaying backwards and forwards - will last 24 hrs or so. Esp when in bed tonight - will feel like the Earths Moving !!!!

Quite funny seeing the invasion fleet going over, and then coming back totally soaked.

Moose won, rest lost, I think.

I gather even some raggies were seen to laugh/forums/images/icons/smile.gif.

I must say even though I was was one of the raiding party that the invasion fleet looked pretty impressive, snaking it's way around anchored vessels to their target /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif Good attack, some element of surprise, although the enemy drew their weapons pretty quickly /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif Must give some credit to their quick reaction force who were scrambled to fend off the attack, but BUCKETS used in the higher powered response dinghy were a bit of a cheat!!! Must have looked very strange with the raiding party being chased back through the anchored boats with buckets blazing in the quick response dinghy /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif Anyway I got soaked to the skin, but a great laugh, and a good time had by all. Yeh! I guess the bucket boys had the edge on the impressive looking weapons purchased from the arms dealer for the mission /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif
