O k then lets hear all your boaty presents, good, bad and totally useless.
And Matt you can't include the Leopard, only presents from others not ones bought for yourselves.

Oi just a minute

You seemed rather pleased with this the other night!!

Have you told SWMBO how you feel about her loving gift?

Framed picture of the boat anchored off Brownsea Island, picture of the boat on a mouse mat, picture of the boat on a mug (with the boats name on), short person got a calender made with 12 pictures of the boat, now SWMBO says I dont have to go out of the house to look at the boat, so i can stay in and do some decorating, and oh yeah a boat hook to replace the one she lost over the side!

An all in one wristwatch/compass/barometer/tidal range/timer/temp guage/etc.etc. bought for me by a mate and I didn't have to sleep with him either.

Re: erm

well, actually i didn't push us into buying it - she did!

I wanted one of those in my stocking. What make is it and did it have a price tag on it?

AllI got was a quad-bike from SWMBO - do they float?

Solent C Map chip to go in my new chart plotter. At least next time I try and come home oin the dark I will have a chance of knowing where I am going!

I am far to polite to ask a pal how much he spent on me. So I looked it up on the net... £120 - £140 depends where he got it..

A Navman Tracker 900, reduced in a pre-Christmas sale and with the GPS bit included. I shall be hooking it up hopefully next weekend. I got some good advice from the board on various units, but I settled on a low end bit of kit that I could sell with the boat if required.

Think I had the best boaty present of all. Spent the whole holiday period on the boat with clear sky's & flat seas. Loads of runs out on the boat then back to the berth for a drink in front of the heater outlet. Bliss.
