bespoke memory topper berth mattress

Plenty of companies around offering to cut memory foam but has anyone a good experience in getting there berth mattresses covered with a well fitting mem foam topper.
I need one of the aft cabin berth which is well oversize - 190 x 205 which makes the search a bit harder.

Have used Ship Shape Bedding for bedding, they do bespoke matresses, but take a deep breath....

I'd recommend that you DON'T use Millbrook.

Their service is dire and product questionable (gone mouldy after a few months).

I've recently bought two memory foam mattresses for the boat and cut them to shape using a sharp kitchen knife.

We bought slightly oversize rectangles and trimmed the shape using one new extending snappable "Stanley" style knives. Quite easy. There was considerably more effort on SWMBO's part customising a fitted bottom sheet to the final mattress shape!
It was well worth the effort.
Forepeak and Port aft Cabin still lag behind in the comfort ranks!

Same here. I made the fitted sheet. The foam came with a cover which we sewed to shape.
