This is a bit commercial innit? or maybe it's free, or less than whatever £150 in which case it's okay. Actually there seems to be loads of space in SCM and long term you can buy a berth quite cheap! Although probably not £150 or whatevr the YBW for sale limit. However the marina is massively fouly in places and a very quick way of acquiring a significant qty of unspoilt coral reef on your hull is to park up in SCM for a month, like I did a couple of years back and the boat speed halved dammit. So anyways not for me thanks. Although yes there is a nice pool and the bar restaurant also very nice and cheap too.
