Any Denmark recommendations for putting the boat on hard?

Hi. I'm looking for a marina in western Denmark where I can leave my boat for six months on the hard.
Can anyone provide recommendations?

Some friends kept their boat in Ega marina near Aarhus. Pleasant and well run.
They had intended to keep moving but liked it there and stayed.
A danger was making local and ex-pat friends and getting into the beer drinking.

Only slightly further south (one day sail?), but many winter their boats at Fehmarn in Germany.

Might find most of the good places are fully booked, tend to book at least 6 months ahead

If by western Denmark you mean western Jutland, there are very few harbours. In Hvide Sande you can enter the lake via loch. There seems to be activity, but I have only stayed outside. Further south, Esbjerg is the largest harbour on the «outside».

A club mate wintered at Bergstaken on Fehmarn. We visited him there and it was a pleasant place with storage under cover.
