I'm going to fly in the face of your argument. I've had mine for 6 years to date. Not intending on changing it at the moment as it fits the bill for my usage.

I will say that I've upgraded certain items on the boat. Deck hardware, if you can call it that, was woefully undersized. When will the builders realise that cleats are actually put there for a reason.

Umm, a fairly simplistic few. Assuming that he is an engine manufacture, engines on raggies are but a small part of the overall value, whereas they represent a vast part of a stinkie. Hence the reason we upgrade boats as it's not financially viable to do anything else.
Better pricing of the upgrades would help!
