I have now had 2x125Ah Elecsol sealed batteries and a Bosch cranking battery for 6 years and all still going strong. Always on charge via Sterling smart charger while in marina and over winter. Have never touched them

Another vote for Elecsol batteries, I have the "normal " carbon fibre ones but they also do an AGM with a 7 year warranty which is pretty impressive.

Fireball, sorry for delay on replying.... IIRC these were the folks who supplied the batteries for me - their main market on the 'marine' side is to narrow boats on the canals in the area http://www.cheshirebatteries.co.uk/spec.php . Hope that helps.
