I am in Barcelona and in need or a copy of Eastern Spain Pilot book. Does anyone have one to sell. I also have a copy of the Italian Waters Pilot to swap or sell.

We are currently lying in Port Olympique and have the books Gibralter to Denia and Denia to French border available for sale if you are interested. We will be leaving 27.10.04. We are in place 5115.

How did you manage to get into Barcelona (Port Vell I assume) I was on the waiting list from April and had 3 months there at peak rates then gave up and went north to Ampuriabrava.

If you are in Port Vell in the long building at the top of the marina - the one with that cheap cafe /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif on the second floor - there is a nautical libray. They have up to date copies of pilot books, magazines etc for you to look at.

Left the boat in France (Port St Louis) and took the train to Barcelona for the winter so not actually in the marina, living on dry land for 6 months. As a result I am not able to access the pontoons, I guess it is too late as you have left but if not my telephone number is 678108448. Unfortunatly a loan is no good although
thanks for the offer. We are planning on sailing to Barcelona in the spring and then across to Majorca etc.
