Autohelm 1000

I managed to stand on my Autohelm 1000 at the weekend and have bent the metal rod that secures the unit to my cockpit seat. Having heaved at it to get it out - it came out with the fitting it sits in stuck on the rod and has broken out of the plastic molding it pivots in. Anyone know the contact details for Autohelm or a service centre for these things.

The only uk number is for raymarine which is 02392 693611
But i dont think you will have much luck as the autohelm 1000 has not been produced for a while now.
There maybe someone who can help with a scrap one that has a pcb fault.
