Many European countries, Spain and Germany included, are lifting lockdown at different rates for different states/regions/cities, because it makes sense to do so.

But as a Welshman that’s glad I’m not there right now I stand by my comments which are not poorly informed they are my strongly held opinion.

On your boat in Bristol is OK but in Cardiff not so. That’s daft.

I am a Welshman in Wales and very glad of it. I like sailing but I like staying alive more.

I’ll be alive and sailing. I can see no heightened risk whatsoever by being on a boat. But if I feel vulnerable I don’t have to go.
If your “government” had allowed you to use your common sense you could have chosen whether to go or not. As it is you can’t and I think you’re clever enough to make an informed decision
So I’m very glad I’m not there right now.
