Ardic heater, TAMD41B

First post so bear with me.

First boat a Nimbus 31 Ultima bought 10 months, love it.

I have a couple of questions that I hope the knowledable folk here can answer.

1, Max revs at full throttle.

2 Anyone know where I can get service info and parts for the Ardic Heater. The previous owner never used it for the last 14years. I had to replace the water pump, as the day I took it over it broke! It has worked well over the last ten months, but last week started spitting sooty lumps out the exhaust, appears to be mainly on start up, when running the exhaust is clear.

If it's spitting sooty lumps out try running it flat out for 4 or 5 hours, don't let it switch to low, keep it cranked up.
